He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. and Bernardine Rygiel, Sr. (Gaughan); his wife Anabel Ramsey; and his son Thomas A. Rygiel, III. He is survived by: his children, Norberta A. Rygiel, David M. Rygiel (Lannette), Cynthia R. Scolaro (Philip), Barbara J. Allen (James) and Mary L. Rygiel; his grandchildren, Matthew Rygiel (Kim), Michael Rygiel (Stephanie) and Thomas A. Rygiel, IV; and his great grandchildren, Chad, Brianna, Amber, Mason and Quinn Rygiel.
