He was predeceased by: his brother Nicholas Sladic Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sladic (D'Aquilante); his children, Richard Jr. (Eli), Nicholas Sladic (Allyson), Matthew, Benjamin and Sophia Sladic; his sister Barbara Jacoby (Paul); his nieces and nephews, Pamela Jacoby of Paul Jacoby, III, Darah Quackenbush, Michael Marino, Anthony Marino and Adam Marino; and his sister-in-law Marie Marino (Michael).
