He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Pray Churchill; and his parents, Walter R. Churchill and Lucille Montgomery Churchill. He is survived by: his sons, Robert P. Churchill and Michael M. Churchill; his sisters, Carol L. Churchill and Patricia Armstrong (John); and his girlfriend Candace "Candi" Gottschall.
