He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kotch (Schrampf); his daughters, Lydia Turner (Robb), Jessica Reynolds (Keith) and Sarah Johnson (Jeb); and his grandchildren, Madeline, Ava Turner, Jacob, Stephen Reynolds, Isabelle, Cameron and LJ Johnson.
