She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Osifchin and Anna Osifchin (Sokol); her husband Harry L. Donat; and her siblings, Michael Osifchin, Jr. and Evelyn Keown.
She is survived by: her brothers, Robert Osifchin (Sandra) and Edward Osifchin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
