She was predeceased by: her husband Richard B. Mikylychak; her parents, Harold Wetherhold and Miriam Wetherhold (Reimert); her son Ned; and her in-laws, Eleanor, Richard Reimert, Vera, Darwin "Buddy" Marshall, Dorothy "Zelda" and David Diehl.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynne Beitler (Dan) of Alburtis and Lori Snyder (Tom) of Kingswood, TX; her grandchildren, Andrew Beitler (Tiffany) of Minnetrista, MN, Ian Beitler (Becca) of Emmaus and Lydia Truty (Zach) of Addison, TX; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Martin (Michael) of Allentown and Grace Keller (Gilbert) of Macungie. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, and 1 great granddaughter.
