She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas MacTavish of Lance, PA, Gary MacTavish of Howard, PA and Diane Flinchbaugh of Wallkill, NY. She is also survived by children but had many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews, and many devoted friends.
