She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Melusky and Barbara Melusky. She is survived by: her son Brian Cosentino (Michelle) of Howell, NJ; her stepson John Harbin; her stepgrandchild Annabella; and her grandchildren, Cora and Benedetto.
