He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John P. Doubrava and Magdalena Doubrava (Nemec); his wife Armella Edler; his siblings, John, Anne, Mary, Wence, Ben, Cyril and Leni; his children, Emily Splonski (Clarence), Ray (Alleen), Dave, Ed (Kris), Ken (Shari) and Theresa Markee (Walt); and his sister Albina Pirkl. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
