He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nola Weir and Herman Weir; his former spouse Maretta Backus; his spouse Bobbie Carlson; his children, Patricia Randall, Pamela Chapell, Jenny Wilson and John S. Weir; and his grandsons, Rod Davis, Jeff Crosby, Bob Miller and Doug Miller.
