It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heather Pitts (Tualatin, Oregon), born in Birmingham, West Midlands, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Dyson and Mary Dyson (Buchanan); her former husband Richard Irwin Slack; her children, Steven, Mathew and Heather Ann; her husband John Cornez Pitts; her sisters, Colleen and Eileen; and her grandchildren, Elena and Marcus.
Family request donations be made to Willamette Vital Health Hospice in lieu of flowers.
