He is survived by: his girlfriend Lisa Burback; his pet Lady; his siblings, Gilbert Hall (Arlene) of Prineville, Stuart Hall (Mary) of Ettrick, WI., Dave Hall of Gresham and Cheryl Witham (Jerry) of Tillamook; his daughter Rachel Stewart (Scott); and his grandchildren, Abby, Silas and Sam of Toledo.
