It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lee Russell of Tigard, Oregon, born in Spokane, Washington, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Henry F. Russell; and her children, Christy Dykkesten, Marci Vernon, Kent Russell and Brent Russell. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
