She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kopczynski and Ruth Kopczynski (Agnew); her brother Edward Kopczynski (Josephine); and her brothers-in-law, Ralph and Duane.
She is survived by: her husband Wes Fitzpatrick; her children, Erin Fitzpatrick-Bjorn (Jeff), Sean Fitzpatrick, Shannon Moxley (Bob) and Colin Fitzpatrick (Christy); her grandchildren, Luke Fitzpatrick, Logan Fitzpatrick, Elizabeth Mitchell (Hayden), Max Moxley, Lydia Fitzpatrick and Willie Fitzpatrick; and her siblings, Buzz Kopcyznski (Evelyn), Colleen Jackson (Mel), Debbie Stubbers, Pat Rennie (Dale) and Becky Schmidt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association or the Parkinson's Foundation.
