She was predeceased by: her father Walter E. Dyer; and her brother Donald Dyer. She is survived by: her mother Elnora Dyer; her sons, James Snyder and Walter Dyer; her children-in-law, Vanessa and Vincent; and her siblings, Russell, Lewis and Gary.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers or visits to her final resting place, donations be made to Fairview Cemetery located in Gates, Oregon as this was one of Rosa's final requests.
