He is survived by: his wife Bridget Bush; his mother Betty Hicks; his children, Kelsey Lynn (Travis), David Darrell and Margaret Jane; his grandchildren, Caeden Aileen and Hadley James; and his sisters, Kathryn, Lisa and Darla.
