He is survived by: his wife DeEtta; his children, Casey (Randy) and Jerry; his granddaughters, Kylie, Jaime, Alyssa, Tori, Taylor and McKenzie; and his siblings, Joe, Gayle, Lee, Karen, Vickie, Judy, Pat and Tina.
