He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Riley and Leila Moyer Riley; his sister Claire (Bob Hallock); and his brother-in-law Ken Hughes. He is survived by: his son Steve; his wife Jo Lee; his children, Steven Gibson (Sharon) and Cindy Taylor (Brad); and his sister Twila Hughes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as 8 grandkids.
