It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Blanchard of Prineville, Oregon, born in Salem, Oregon, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Everett Romane and Roberta Romane; her daughter Wendy Jo Blanchard; her husband Larry David Blanchard; her sister Virginia Romane; her son James Blanchard; her granddaughters, Amanda Mitchell and Amber Blanchard; and her sisters, Sandra Meske, Joyce Waibel and Wanda Voutas.
