He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Elaine (Thomas); his children, Freddie Martin of Prineville and Shelly Hall (Burnett) of Prineville; and his siblings, Harvey Burnett of Prineville, Lloyd Burnette of Prineville, Jim Burnett of Prineville, Jane Wilson (Burnette) of Prineville and Katie Ferguson (Burnett) of Redmond.
