He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Belz and Lovday Alice Belz (Trotter); his wife Irma Mae Belz (Zettle); and his sister Genevieve Lindgren (Don). He is survived by: his sons, Kraig Belz (Pat) of Gladstone, OR, Keith Belz (Nancy) of Prineville, OR, Kevin Belz (Penny) and Kirk Belz of Enumclaw, WA.; and his brother Lloyd Belz (Fane) of Prineville, OR. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
