He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Amer and Alta Marie Fougeron Burd.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pendleton Pioneer Chapel (131 SE Byers Ave, Pendleton, OR 97801).
