He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis John and Mary Collins (Patton); his siblings, Michael, Dennis, James, Margaret, Sara, Rosemary and Maureen; and his son John.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay of Ontario; his sister Joanne Myers of Scottsdale, Ariz.; his brother-in-law Jim Balsarini (Connie) of Pittsburgh, PA; his daughters, Peggy Collins-Mateo (Frank) of Bothell, Wash, Sally Jansen (John) of Oregon City, Ore and Sheila Hart (Ken) of Ontario; his daughter-in-law Renee Collins of Angel Fire, N. M.; and his sons, Joe (Kathie) of Ontario and Ed (Nora) of Gilbert, Ariz.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and 29 nephews and nieces.
