It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Rheault (Newport, Oregon), born in Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on November 22, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond and Audrey; her husband Charles; and her daughter Deborah.
