It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Busby of Monmouth, Oregon, born in Salem, Oregon, who passed away on June 3, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cooke and Grace Cooke; her siblings, James Cook and Donna Mason; and her nephew Steven.
She is survived by: her son Steven; her husband Dennis; and her daughter Beverly Boersma (Dan). She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandsons.
