He is survived by: his wife Dayle; his children, Chad Hale, Amy Terry (Dwight) and Julie Ober; his grandchildren, Chelsea Hale, Zack Mills, Marcus Terry, Hillary Davault, Preston Terry, Patrick Conner and Derrick Conner; his great grandchildren, Trent, Braelynn, Charlie and Leah; his sisters, Elinore Lewis and Margaret Trinklein; and his pet Lil Bit. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
