She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Hamilton and Mary E. Hamilton; her husband James Benjamin Waters; and her friend Alexis D. Greshom. She is survived by: her sister Lynne D. Hamilton; her children, Charles Waters, Natalie Smith, Rory 'Susy Bennett and Penny Woods; and her grandchildren, David Kelso, Jennifer Treskey, Michael Smith, Heather Hendricks, Mia Storm, Dan Waters and Chalea Waters. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
