She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn De Semple (Lutz) and Elmer De Semple (Jack); her sister Jackie Street; and her son David. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Smith (Donald) of Hubbard, Shirley Johnson (Larry) of Saratoga, Randy De Semple (Kristi) of Gladstone, Victoria Honeycutt (James) of Cat Island and Ronald De Semple (Antonette) of Milwaukie, Oregon.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, other family members and friends.
