He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine; his sister Helen; his son Ron; and his son-in-law Will Schrage. He is survived by: his children, Brad (Jennifer), Sue Schrage, Diane and Sharon; his daughter-in-law Beccy Bennett; his grandchildren, Courtney (Andy Stewart), Katie (Kyle Smith), Kendall (Jon Sass) and Ellie; and his great grandchild Conrad Stewart. He is also survived by wife and five children.
His family suggests in lieu of flowers, remembrances be sent to the OHSU Center for Regenerative Medicine or Providence "Play Smart" Youth Heart Screening Program.
