Dora Castelar Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dora Castelar (Milwaukie, Oregon), born in Laredo, Texas, who passed away on April 29, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Emilio Castelar Sr.; her children, Maria Sylivia Castelar, Juan Castelar (Midnight), Emilio Castelar Jr., Javier Castelar and Pablo Castelar; her parents, Marin Gonzalez and Beatriz Hernandez; her granddaughter Patricia Bender; her sister Emma DeLuna; and her stepsisters, Socorro Rouse and Ana Maria Hernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Kisner of Kansas, Leticia Ellis (Walter) of Oregon, Jorge Castelar (Ana) of Virgina, Jaime Castelar Sr. (Brenda) of Del Rio and Dora Vega of Laredo; her daughters-in-law, Patricia Castelar, Eugenia Castelar and Marta Castelar; and her stepsisters, Alicia Gamez (Agustin), Luisa Cancino (Jose Luis), Beatrice Rodriquez (Daniel) and Maria Antonieta Guerra. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
