He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Vern Clark; his siblings, Terry Clark and Phil Clark; his wife Darlene Carol Wolf; his children, Adriane, Mathew (Joy), Nathan (Michelle) and Jason (Colleen); his grandchildren, Brittany, Ethan, Madison, Taylor, Kendal, Ava and Ruby Mae; and his mother Mae Hazel Clark (Wilson).

Chuck owned his own concrete foundation business and through hard work was able to retire in his 50's.
