She was predeceased by: her father Willy Caldwell. She is survived by: her children, Rochelle "Dawn" Blankenship (Kevin) of Chesapeake, VA, Anthony "Vince" Newbern of Milton-Freewater, OR and Justin "Jay" Newbern of Olympia, WA; her grandchildren, Damian, Andrew, Ethan, Alexander, Hudson and Annalise; her mother Karen Rapae Coats (Arthur); and her siblings, Jim Caldwell (Daleena) and Sandra "Sandy" Dugger. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
