It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold McGowen (Milton Freewater, Oregon), who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter McGowen and Maudie Raney McGowen; his wife Delores; and his siblings, Bertha "Irene", Lucille, Eula, Ralph and Ronald.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy McGowen (Kim), Ellen Garza (Joe), Dan McGowen (LaRetha) and Cottie Kenworthy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren who knew him as "Cowboy" and "Papa".
