It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sofia Octavia Marks (Medford, Oregon), who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Thelma Brown; her grandparents, Janet Brown and James Marks; and her pet Katie. She is survived by: her parents, Megan Marks and Gary Marks; her sister Daphne; her pet Charlie; and her grandmother Shirley Marks. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
In October 2020, during the pandemic, Sofia was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer.
