He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Leeper and Rex Leeper. He is survived by: his sister Charlotte; his sons, Mark (Carolyn Leeper) and Ron (Leslie Ashpole); and his grandchildren, Krista, Jeff, Sarah and Danielle. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
