She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis C Bolin and Helene J. Bolin; her husband Earl F Smith Sr.; and her siblings, Harold, Dale and Betty.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dean, Jimmy, Larry, Ricky, Bobby and Barbara. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
