She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rezek and Theresa Rezek (Sabatka); and her husband Don. She is survived by: her sons, David Salisbury (Caroline) of Oakland, Dennis F. Salisbury (Paulette) of Pleasanton, Guy Everingham (Vickie) of McMinnville and Donald E. Everingham of Boulder Creek, California. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
