Davison (Dave) and Elizabeth Davison (Betty); his family, Elizabeth and Jill; his wife Linda; his children, Elizabeth Mickelson (Mike), Jill Scales (Matt) and Steven Davison (Leslie); his grandchildren, Jacob Fuhrer (Jordan), Garrett Scales (Lex), Dylan Scales, Carly Fuhrer (Clinton), Peyton Scales, Olivia Davison and Meredith Davison; his stepgranddaughter Brooke; his great grandchildren, Scott, Charlotte and Davison "Davi"; his brother Tom Davison (Susan); and also Steven. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
