He is survived by: his wife Mary Williams; his children, Robert Williams Jr. (Rachel), Donald Jeffries (Brenda) and Lazette Abell (Koel); and his brothers, Steve Williams (Pat), Hugh Ed Williams II (Judy) and Tom Williams (Sue). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
