She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cicero and Anne Cicero. She is survived by: her daughters, Roberta Wilgus Larmouth (BJ) and BJ; and her son-in-law Dave Larmouth.

Per Joie's request, there will be no services & in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St Jude Children's Hospital.
