He was predeceased by: his parents, Seth Bellwood and Lois Bellwood (Reynolds); his brothers, Seth and Ray; and his brother-in-law Bob Wasson.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sons, Jeffery, Ryan of McMinnville and David (Stacy) of Hillsboro; his sister Betty Wasson; and his sister-in-law Jackie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
