He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Bolliger and Ernestine Bolliger (Rebello); and his sister Susan Blake. He is survived by: his stepson Dave; his wife Shirlee Hess Bolliger; his children, Kelli Hansen (Carl), Todd Bolliger (Lauryn), Kaitlyn Hamilton and Elyssa Derochowski (Kevin); and his siblings, Nancy Meister, Richard Bolliger, Michael Bolliger and Julie Olson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
