He is survived by: his parents, Carroll Phillips and Sharon Phillips; his brother Matthew; his sister-in-law Linda Phillips; his niece Rebecca Phillips; his nephew Matthew Foster; his great-niece Bailee; and his nephew Bradley Foster.
