He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Charter and Carmen Hook Charter. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sisco; his children, David, Leah, Coral (Alex), Jessie (Terri) and Cheri (Tom); and his brothers, Bill and Owen. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
