It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy M Foster of Hermiston, Oregon, born in Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Anderson and Ethel Graves Anderson; her husband Harold Taylor; and her son-in-law Roger Thayer. She is survived by: her children, Harold "Ed", Ed Taylor (Carol) and Rockie Thayer; and her grandchildren, Denise Dohman, Glenn, Susan Bush, Justin, Deidra Jaskowski, Paul, Ross Thayer and Christine. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
