She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Cannard and Grace Cannard (Gillis); her husband David Swaja; her daughter Stephanie Swaja; and her grandson George Sohler.
She is survived by: her children, Susan (Mark Sohler), Christopher (Pamela Swaja), Sharon (Walter Meeuwsen), Randolph (Trina Swaja) and Michael Swaja of Washington; and her brother William Cannard of Eugene, OR. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (39135 NW Harrington Rd, Banks, OR 97106). A reception will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:15 PM at the St Francis Grade School (39135 NW Harrington Rd, Banks, OR 97106). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (49860 NW Clapshaw Hill Rd, Forest Grove, OR 97116).
