He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Libby and William "Dugan" Libby; his sister Irene Dickerson (Les); his son Billy; his sister Deanna; his brothers-in-law, Odean Griffin and Chuck Parker; and his niece Rhonda Cleaver Timbrook.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Libby, Dale and Sheryl Lloyd; his grandchildren, Douglas and Stacey; his great great grandchild Joe Richard; his siblings-in-law, Kay Cleaver, Sandy Parker and Lynn Virgin; and also, Annie, Lee, Tori and Krissi. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
