It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Kolka of Dallas, Oregon, who passed away on July 8, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Kolka of Dallas and Vicky Kolka of Salem; and his brothers, Jerry Kolka and Don Cliver. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
