She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Riedell and Dicy Riedell; her husband Elwin Wayne Parks; her sons, Kerry Parks (Jenny) of Salem and Larry (Merry) of Dallas; her granddaughters, Riedell Parks of Redmond and Audrey Parks of Salem, Oregon.; her great grandchildren, Adele and Stevie Del Rai; and her son Matthew Parks.
Due to Covid restrictions, the number of attendees is limited to 30 people. Those attending are asked to social distance and wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Baptist Church in care of The Dallas Mortuary Tribute Center who is caring for the family.
