He is survived by: his wife Barbara Balmer; his daughter Angela Marie Kellogg of Coos Bay, OR; and his sisters, Jarilynn Kauffman (Jim), Janice Hurst of Cottage Grove and Barbara Colbard of Everett, WA. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
